Section 1: Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.1 Processing Timeframes
Dispatch schedules depend on the stock status of your selected items:

  • In-Stock Merchandise: Orders containing items currently in inventory are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Merchandise: Items requiring 3D printing or custom fabrication require a production period of 3 to 5 business days prior to dispatch.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Schedules

  • New Zealand (Domestic): 2 to 5 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days (subject to customs processing)

1.3 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees incurred upon international shipment. SVNDRS assumes no liability for delivery delays resulting from customs processing.

1.4 Risk of Loss and Transit Damage
Upon transfer of the parcel to the postal carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. Should merchandise arrive in a damaged state, the purchaser must contact SVNDRS within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic documentation, to arrange a resolution in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Section 2: Returns and Refunds Policy

2.1 Change of Mind
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our inventory, including 3D printed accessories and custom artwork, we strictly prohibit returns or exchanges initiated for a change of mind. Purchasers are advised to thoroughly review order specifications and product descriptions prior to finalizing transactions.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
SVNDRS is committed to upholding high quality standards. If an item is delivered defective, damaged, or exhibiting a material deviation from its description, we will fulfill our statutory obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Remedy Requests: Notification of faulty goods must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  • Resolution Protocol: Depending on the nature of the defect, we will issue a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
  • Return Shipping Liability: SVNDRS will assume the cost of return shipping for items verified as faulty. For all other authorized returns, shipping expenses remain the liability of the purchaser.

Section 3: Terms and Conditions of Sale

3.1 Nature of Products
Products fabricated via 3D printing utilize an additive manufacturing process. Minor surface variations, such as visible layer lines, are inherent to this process and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Custom trading cards and artwork are subject to artistic interpretation; negligible variances in color or finish may manifest between digital representations and the physical product.

3.2 Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

  • Proprietary Design and Standard Inventory: All standard merchandise offered by SVNDRS is exclusively conceptualized, designed, and 3D modeled in-house. Consequently, all original designs, 3D models, and non-commissioned artistic works remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of SVNDRS. The acquisition of physical items conveys no rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or digitally scan the property.
  • Commissioned Works: Upon receipt of payment in full, all ownership and intellectual property rights pertaining to commissioned artwork are irrevocably transferred to the purchaser.
  • Promotional Usage: SVNDRS reserves the right to exhibit commissioned works within professional portfolios, across website properties, and on social media channels for promotional purposes, unless formally declined in writing by the purchaser.

3.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVNDRS disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. In all instances, our aggregate liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.

We collect personal identification data, specifically names, shipping addresses, and electronic mail addresses, explicitly for the fulfillment of commercial transactions and necessary client communication.
